Comic book drawing classes are courses that teach students how to create sequential art, develop visual storytelling skills, and improve comic illustration techniques.
In 1991, two of my brothers and I self-published what was our first and only comic book. For my oldest brother, Dave and I, it had been a life-long dream. None of us had any sequential art education or schooling. Ever since we published that book I had a passion for learning more about this art medium.
When my wife and I were first married, I had always wanted to attend The Kubert School of Comic Book Art Dover, New Jersey. Of course, it was early on in our life together and we simply did not have the money and while living in New York, New Jersey seemed a world away.
